The Mercury Extreme upgrades are great, using a 1.3GHz with 2MB L3 cache, but am sure Sonnet and other are equally reliable. Do a Google of upgraded CPU's.

If you do upgrade, suggesting increase RAM to the max 2GB using 4x512MB PC133/PC100 SDRAM. OS X sure loves that additional memory and this will give your Sawtooth/Gigabit Ethernet a reaql boost.
