for some strange reason my G4 has been making weird noises for about a week now. I've done everything I can figure out. I even took the processor off and reinstalled it. It sounds like an old car trying to go up hill. Any suggestions?

If it is a clicking type of sound sounds like HDD problems. Can you go to Disk Utility, select the disk and see what the SMART status is?

If all is well should say 'verified'.
