DVD Playing Problems

MacBook (Black)
Lately my DVD player in my MacBook has been picky about what DVDs its willing to play. Some DVDs will play, whereas most will just spin in the drive a few times, then spit it out. Unfortunately, this is keeping me from loading Leopard on my MacBook.

Any ideas??????????????
