Urgently needs help PLS

just i bought my first Imac and i have a problem to using CD Microsoft Office:MAC but i put it in my imac and installed but cd is not Ejecting
please help and [email protected] messenger i am online

hi djamshed,

you can restart your imac, hold down the mouse until the cd pop out. Hope it helps.

I did but not helped

Did you shut down and power back up and at the Startup Sound hold down the Mouse Button and keep it down. The CD should eject.

Inside OSX you can just drag the CD Drives icon to the Trash and it will also eject.

OK i did
and i hold mouse key on eject button and it helped
