All Dvd's are read as Blank Disks

Hey All,

Every time that I insert a dvd in the drive a window pops up and says that I have just inserted a blank dvd when I have not. Anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

This is what I get when I look at the disk utility i get this:

Should it say that the drive is locked?
