Help!

i just got a macbook for christmas and i put my iPod in disk mode to take my files from my PC. even after taking it out of disk mode and deleting the files it still takes up 9Gb of my ipod. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

did you empty the trash?

nope didn't work

Ok worked it out. I when i have the ipod connected the files show up in the trash but when unconnected they disapear. weird anyway sorted it out now.
