As for widgets, I dont have many, i hate clutter :p But i am very fond of the iStat widget for some reason..

And for programs, 'wallsaver' is one of my favorites. (Makes your screensaver your desktop backdrop)

http://www.nwwnetwork.net/software.php?app=wallsaver

and Google SketchUp. It came in very handy when i had to design a speaker docking station for an Mp3 player for a part of my Product Design course, its very simple to use and it great for just throwing a quick 3D model together. Its fun to mess around with too and what tops it all off is the fact that its free :p

All of these are freeware.

Caffeine - Turn it on, your screen won't dim, sleep, or go to screensaver. Turn it off, back to normal.

Transmission - Wonderful torrent client.

CoconutWiFi - Amazingly simple way to find a WiFi signal.

Liquid Mac - Check it out. Totally fun.

MP3 Alarm Clock - Well, pretty self explanatory.

Bluetooth File Exchange - Don't ever buy a ringtone or wallpaper for your phone again. (Just make sure your phone has Bluetooth ;D )

SizzlingKeys - Global keyboard shortcuts for iTunes. Can't live without it.

*EDIT* Startup Sound - Silences the sound when you turn your computer on. This in incredibly useful if you turn your computer on in a quiet environment, and you don't want to disturb anyone.

(This thread would make a good sticky, wouldn't it?)

For me:

All of the above +

Mactracker - Database on almost every hardware product Apple has ever released + specifications on each.

Audio Overload - Basically a music player. But it plays sound files that are directly ripped from many various classic video games (eg. NES, SNES, etc).

It puts it into an MP4 format that can then be imported into iTunes, yes.

I'm using Onyx, CoconutWiFi, handbrake and iStat Pro. As for ripping YouTube video's, I have been using the web site Savevid.com rather than downloading a application to do the same thing.

Appzapper sounds interesting - Thanks.
