Hi guys,
I am trying to access a G4 iBook from my G4 Powerbook using the old t-boot trick (booting as firewire accessible hardrive). But my iBook video chip is fried so I have no display and cannot see the firewire icon pop up, but I need to back up some files (valuable family photos) from the iBook.
Now, I recently installed Panther on my PowerBook. And for some reason I can't seem to find the iBook HD/firewire icon. Despite being able to access it easily a 6 weeks ago (prior to a powerbook HD crash and a Panther install).
Any ideas? HELP!!!
