I have a Linksys signal booster which has been reacting with my relatively old Windows me 2000. It was working fine until a message came up saying: "The system has detected a conflict for IP address 192.168.1.3 with the system having hardware address 00:11:24:8A:F16. The interface has been disabled." What does this mean, and how can I fix it ?
