Office keeps shutting down

I recently installed Leopard and since then I am having problems with Mac Office 2004. I keeps shutting down unexpectedly. I have reinstalled the app and it still occurs. Is there a patch or idea on how to fix this?

Launch word, go to Help, click on check for updates.
Mine works fine on Leopard. I have to use it for school.

When you reinstalled office.... did you just trash the app or use the uninstall tool?

Insert the Office disk, look for 'Uninstall Office' or similar, uninstall and then do a clean install./

As soon as it is finished do an update, which should start automatically. The last update is November this year and entitled 11.3.9.

Office, Word etc work fbne in leopard.
