So I reformatted. MY system was acting sloshy due to several hacks and things that I did wrong. Whoops. So I backed up and reinstalled. I thought iSync's backup feature was really nifty, backing up bookmarks. But it wont let me get them back. I read that iSync will not pull a backup off an iPod. Which really sucks.

I backed up my ENTIRE home directory, library and all. Which file do I need to restore my bookmarks? And where do I put it?

Thanks!

In your home/library/Safari is a file called Bookmarks.plist
It contains all your bookmarks.
So just copy it into your new home/library/Safari

Dude, that's seriously awesome, I have my bookmarks back, I always added them in by typing them out manually...

You want a Gmail invite?

Well, actually, I didn't know how to do it, but when I saw your question, I just checked on my Mac where the bookmarks could be...a lot of things can be found in the Library...or a library in general... :D

About Gmail, is it still beta? And I've heard it doesn't like Safari, is that still true?

A Gmail invite would be cool... ;)
