I was wondering what the heck I have to do to join my MacBook Pro to my PC Workgroup so that I can access files from it. Help please?! :(

Your Mac's Specs
24" iMac, Intel 2.4 Core 2 duo, 3gb RAM
My iMac connected to my XP and Win2K PC's just fine. In Finder when Connecting I had to chose 'Connect As' and put in the appropriate credentials but I can access everything that my Windows machines are set up to share. (I assume you have enabled sharing on all your PC's? Note that some folders won't share on XP Home ie 'Program Files')

Cheers

Go to System Preferences --> Network --> Advanced and click on the WINS tab. Input your workgroup name, hit OK, then hit Apply and you're done.
