CD Drive Spits Out CD's, HELP!

For some reason my CD drive will not accept any type of CD or DVD i put in it. I tried it with over 20 different CD's and nothing, it just spits it right back out. Is there something wrong with my CD drive? Can I fix it without sending it in? :Grimmace:

2.16GHz C2D MacBook w/ 2GB RAM & 120GB HD. HTC Droid Incredible.
I wouldn't bother fixing it myself. If you can I would call Apple and see what they can do.
