Can I Remote to my Mac from my XP Laptop?

I am a recent XP (pro) > Mac OSx (leopard) switcher.

I have an XP Pro laptop I use to connect to my XP Pro desktop by remote and this greatly helped re productivity.

Can this be done by the same XP Pro laptop to Leopard?

If so can I use XP Pro remote desktop? Does my mac need to be configured to allow itself to be controlled by remote?

Never tried it myself but it can be done using VNC
