I have an Apple Mail problem. I have a message from my inbox that I tried to delete. It just turns a pale shade of grey but will not disappear from my inbox.
If I try to move it to the Deleted Messages mailbox it still remains in the Inbox in grey and doesn't show up in the Deleted Messages box.
Does anyone have a suggestion about how to fix this? Thanks,
