I recently pulled the hard drive from a logicboard dead iBook.
I popped it into a G4 Tower PPC using an adapter and it works as a 2nd drive in OSX fine.
However, I am trying to copy documents and pictures from the ibook drive but i get a problem so far through the process and like Windows this stops the whole transfer.
I have used Y Copy on Windows which lets you copy everything and it skips files that don't copy and give you a report at the end of what doesn't copy.
Does anyone know of a free similar piece of software for OSX? I suppose backup or folder sync software would do the job too.
