I have a leather brief case for my MBP and all of the accessories for it (charger, mouse, cables). When I got out of my car with the case, the front pouch was unzipped and my barely 1 month old and $70 wireless mighty mouse fell out and busted on the ground.

It has a one year warranty on it, but it says:

" This warranty does not apply:.(a) to damage...." "... (b)to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse,...."

I want to see what yall say before I make a call to Apple or a trip to the Apple Store.

Will warranty cover this?

A warranty is not insurance. They won't replace it.

Sorry about your bad luck.

Unfortunately, it's your fault it broke. It's not a manufacturing defect. Start saving your money for a new one. :|

Can't you just wriggle the thing back into shape so that it looks fine?
