Welcome to Mac-Forums, dudez12.

Are you asking about drawing apps? If so, I'd suggest Corel's Painter, it's awesome.

Well, Mac OS X is one.

- Artrage if you want a very simple drawing app.
- Corel Painter X for doing some professional painting stuff.
- Photoshop + tablet is of course amazing

If you're note-taking use the keyboard, or be prepared for failure.

^^ True. I find it good enough while chatting and such to use the handwriting mode. But typing is way faster when it comes to even short emails...

If you have a Wacom Tablet, you could download and install shareware inkBook (server seems to be down at the moment though) that uses OS X's built-in InkWell technology. The shareware app seems to be available at MacUpdate though. :)
