Unable to View Airport Extreme Router

I have a great, very fast, connection via my new Airport Extreme but for some reason cannot see it via Airport Utility at all. I could originally and can after a soft-reset of the router while the light is orange. As soon as the light goes green, I can't see it via Airport Utility.

Try doing a factory reset, unplug it, hold the reset, keep holding the reset while u plug it back in and release button when green light flashes 4 times.
