My office has several Mac using OS 10.4 and several with OS 10.3 connected to our server. When anyone with OS 10.4 uses Spotlight and/or Find to search the server for a file, it never works and justs spins endlessly. If someone using 10.3 does the same search, it finds the file in a matter of seconds. I don't understand why this doesn't work. I downloaded EasyFind, but this doesn't seem to work either. Please Help.

It sounds like you never allowed Spotlight to index your volume. Enter the following in a Terminal (you'll have to enter your password when prompted):

sudo rm /.Spotlight-V100

Then, leave your Mac on for at least 1-2 hours for Spotlight to index the drive.
