Not too sure how to word the title but hopefully this will be clear!

I have an Airport Extreme Rev.2 with a PC hardwireded and a MBP running wirelessly. I also have a Seagate Free Agent 500gig external USB drive attached to the AEBS. The strange thing is that I can access all the files on the external if plugged directly into one of the computers but if I access it through the AEBS, I can see the drive but no files. I have used disk utility to verify and repair permissions but not much else. I have tried setting the AEBS to several different settings including guest, disk password, base station password, etc. with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

How is the disk formatted?
Search on this and you will find some info.

Disk is formatted Fat32 and it worked this way not too long ago. But for some reason it's now a no go.
