I am trying to upgrade a dual-port USB iBook from OS 9.2 to 10 and am getting error message that an iBook driver is necessary. Anyways, I have erased the 9.2 and cannot boot to an OS.
First of all, welcome! Give us a few more clues here, when you say "OS 10.0" do you really mean that? The first couple of OS X versions were not ready for prime time. You want Panther (10.3) or Tiger (10.4) If you are dealing with 10.3 or 10.4 is the install disk gray or black? If gray, is it specifically for your model iBook? How much ram is in the iBook? I don't know what an "iBook driver" is, what is the exact error message?
