Another possibility is getting a replacement from Apple.

I would go with the Apple option as the DVD's are Model Specific and that way you would be assured of getting the right disk.

I lost one of my CDs. I called up Apple and they sent me a replacement.

Per the above, you have NOTHING to lose and EVERYTHING to gain by at least asking Apple. I would try that first before going the eBay route.
