My boss has some email addresses that are not "real"....

for instance...

REAL email address would be [email protected]
but when he types in "him" and misses or adds a space (by mistake) that "fake" email address gets stored somewhere and now we want to remove all those "mistakes" he's made.

How do I find those? It's not "logged" in the Address Book.

It's in the auto-fill somewhere but I can't find the auto-fill where everything is stored.

Help?

I'm not quite sure if this is what your talking about but if it's a fake e-mail address then the e-mail should just bounce back to the sender.

yeah it does..... but the problem is... his an idiot and doesn't understand email addresses....

He'll type in [email protected] And that will "stay" in there... so when he goes to email that same person, instead of CHECKING the email address he selects it without looking first...

Anyway, I did find the answer... in Mail... it's under Windows -> Previous Recipients.... he's got TONS of mistake email address in there...

Had to weed out all the bad ones.

He should NOT be allowed to use a computer! LOL!!! I"m in his office 4 or 5 times a day to tell him the same thing....

But..... hey gotta give him credit, he's 65 years old!

**retire..... PLEASE!!**

In Mail, go to the menu Window > Previous Recipients

Select the offending entry, and click Remove From List.
