Hey all, just joined today. had to get the message out, if you need floppies for your old mac (I myself, own a classic), you can get them at walmart (10 for $4 or so). they come in the neon colors, but who cares about the color? they work well and you don't need to format PC disks. lol

I went through all of mine. Placed what wanted on one CD and trashed all the floppies. lol :p

I got my Mac way after the floppy drive was discontinued. Nice to know though! :)

Kinda figured apple dropped the floppy, unfortunately for me, that's ALL my mac can use (an old 8Mhz Classic). lol

lol. nice to ask, but yea I still use it quite alot. i used to own a Performa 460 back in the heyday of 68k macs, had alot of fun games i downloaded off of AOL with my trusty 2400bps modem, brings back memories playing those games on an old mac again. :)
