I need a drawing program?

Hi,

I need to do a basic plan/drawing of my house for planning permission. Is there any free programs for osx i can use to do this. It can be shareware or freeware as long as it will let me print I'm not bothered. Also it would be better if it would scale measurements. A CAD like program.

any ideas?

Everyone tends to think of OpenOffice, and its native Mac version, NeoOffice, as simple Word/Excel/Powerpoint clones. However, there is lots more to it. Draw is one such example.

Like the full OO suite, Draw is a mature and stable application.
