Is there a way to get the iphone to sync the folders it has on the phone (corresponding to the labels in gmail)? I have filters on in gmail that automatically archive new mail with labels. I have to click on the folder on the phone to get it to sync since the phone only syncs the inbox (when doing a scheduled sync).
