Help my macbook pro froze

Hello,

I'm a new mac user and this morning I was moving all my music files to another folder. I'm not sure what exactly I did but every folder opened up. I cannot select any folder to close. How do I close all the folders I opened? The folder equal about 15 gigs of music.

have you tried resetting your computer?

I'm not 100% sure how to do that. I've tried a few things but I cannot select anything on the screen. I've tried to quit the program and nothing.

OK I restarted my macbook pro and it worked. Thank you!!!
