I have three movies in mp4 format, the file size for all three of these videos are over a gig a piece. All three movies are two and a half hours long. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to reduce the file size without hampering quality? I watch these movie on my iPod and Macbook I have no intentions of burning them to disc, just wanted to throw that in there. Thanks

You could re export them at a smaller physical size whilst retaining quality, that should produce a smaller file size.
