macbook battery low

Hi, just wondering if i am alone . I have had my macbook for 14 months and my battery is running at between 70 and 80 percent...it goes flat so quickly now....is this unusual? should i get a replacement one? watcha fink?

You should calibrate it, not replace it.

calibrate it? is that when you run it totally flat? I've done that as well...surely though it shouldnt be so low after just one year

The health of my battery is at 58% after about 16-17 months. I'm curious if this is normal and how to improve it too...I have calibrated it a few times.
