Apple Mail Attachments not getting to recipients

Your Mac's Specs
Powerbook G4 12" and Dual 2.5 Ghz PowerPC G5 - Both 10.4.11
I have a problem I was wondering if you guys could help.

On my powerbook some people don't get my attachments (most of the time they are other mac users). I don't have this problem on my G5. Any Ideas?
