Photoshop CS3 to CS?

I have created a PSD file in CS3 which I need to open on a clients machine but it wont open it because he is on CS.

Is there any way to get around this?

Sounds like you need to turn on file compatibility. Should be in: Photoshop -> Preferences -> File Handling
