I can speak English, Laotian, and Thai. Can understand basic spoken French, basic spoken Spanish (Spain accent not so much Latin American). I can't read too well in those respective languages though. And can also understand more German than my basic French and Spanish. Enough to listen to a Harry Potter audio book and comprehend most of what I'm hearing.

日本語 and English of course...Lived in Germany for a little over 6 years so I learned a LOT there, but I've forgotten most of it because I haven't had anybody to speak german to for the past 6 years. I'm pure american but I'm just learning lots of japanese on my own from watching anime and 2 japanese courses in high school (then in college and studying abroad in japan :D)
