Hi
I have about 3000 something pictures and when I try to import them into my newly installed iPhoto 08 it uses up over 160% CPU according to Activity Monitor and Stops Responding, It imports just over 200 Photos at high speed and then hangs, I deleted 08 and put the one that came with my macbook on just to test it and still the same result, it imports while not responding but at about 1 Photo every 5 seconds with both iphotos. When it was running on my G4 iBook I didn't have any of these problems and it imported very fast and smoothly, but i was running tiger on the ibook compared to leopard on the macbook if that will make any difference.
Any Help would be great
Thanks
