well my son finally got my macbook and destroyed my screen its cracked and all messed up......any directions to remove the screen and anyone selling a screen that will work for my black macbook......and what should i be paying for a replacement?

You can find the screen there, and if you are feeling brave and are good with electronics you will also find directions for replacing the screen.
Do note that unless you get it repaired through Apple, any semblance of a warranty will be completely gone.

Check eBay for the LCD panels themselves, and with the ifixit link you should be all set. Expect to pay anywhere from $175 - $250 for just the LCD panel, and if you were to send it to a service like ours the cost is $375 fully installed.
