Although I have the latest version of flip4mac, I get an error message (-50) when trying to play .wmv video clips on my iMac running Leopard.

Any suggestions will be welcome.

2019 iMac 27"; 2020 M1 MacBook Air; macOS up-to-date... always.
It's possible you need some specific codec. I suggest trying Perian. It's a Quicktime component for OS X that adds native support for various video formats and codecs. Hopefully this will do the trick. If not, perhaps someone more knowledgable will have a solution.
