Mail: How to Recover Deleted Mailbox?

2019 27" iMac, Retina 5K, 3.6 GHz, 64 GB Memory, 2 TB storage
I mistakenly deleted a Mailbox in Mail 3.0. Is there a way to retrieve it and it's contents without using Time Machine?

I think Time Machine would be the easiest way if you have it.
