Hi Guys, Just got a mac book pro with Leopard, ran boot camp, made a 32GB partition, restarted, formatted the partition quick FAT32, installed XP. All was going well, until the install had finished and I get a cursor, with a light blue screen which is completely locked up. I restarted and XP booted fine, but once in XP I noticed Device Manager was lit up like a christmas tree, all the drivers were missing, I went to shut down XP and it locked up.

I have tried deleting the partition and trying it all again, same issues!
HELP!

Thanks in advance

Nope, but isnt bootcamp supposed to do that automatically? I was under the impression that it gets them all ready for you before the first restart to install xp?

Cheers

Nope, the installation instructions clearly list the three basic steps:

1. Run Boot Camp Assistant
2. Install Windows
3. Install the Boot Camp drivers for Windows.

all bootcamp does before you actually install windows is...
1) create the partition where you will install windows
2) modify the partition map so windows can actually boot
