I just finished making a movie in iMovie for a Computer Lab. I wanted to put it on YouTube, but I assume I need to convert it to some other file. Is there anyway to convert iMovie files to .mov or others? Thanks

If the iMovie version you are using is older than iMovie 08, then use the Expert Export mode to create a .mov file. Make the size appropriate for what YouTube suggests. This has been asked before on this forum so I don't feel like going into more at this time. See this link for some things to consider.
