a movie I have is 6gigs is there a program for compressing video like that down. Or will I just have to find DVD-R's that are that big.

I want it still to be able to play in DVD player. Like a format that all DVD Players can play.

What kind of Movie is this? Is it an MP4 AVI ETC? If so Toast will compress it to fit on a normal 4.7GB DVD and then burn it after it converts it to a DVD format.

A bit of a prob. There used to be two good tools previously (pc only though) that could be used for this kinda thing. DVD Encrypter, and DVD Shrink. They may still available on "h4x forums."

Look into ffmpegx... I can't say for certain, but it should be able to do the job.
