i just found there is a tiny cell in my screen is always black(although it is samll still annoying me) do you think that is acceptable?

Yes, one dead pixel is within acceptable tolerances for most consumer LCD displays. You can try "massaging" is gently to see if that helps, otherwise the only solution would be replacing the entire panel.
