mmd dual 867 memory question

got 1 gb of ddr pc 2100 in this rig...how much do i need to surf..watch dvds,,,download a few pics.....but mostly want to get the best speed i can out of it...mostly surfing the net..is 1 gb enough

I would say so, I have 1 gig in my G4 and find even Adobe CS2 run well enough for me.

Of course, if you want to add another RAM chip - it wont do any harm

How many of the 4 slots have you filled?

1GB for what you are doing should be fine. What version of OSX are you running on your MDD?

It can take 2GB of DDR PC2100 if you decide to upgrade.
