cleardock substitute for leopard...

i found a nifty little way written by programmer on how to modify the dock in leopard to look very similar to that of cleardock.. for anyone that wishes they could do this but hasn't found it yet...

site no longer works for some odd reason, but i have the folder contents and the instructions on how it will work, but I don't know how to upload it into a post so everyone can try it???

any ideas for my ignorance, besides a smack :)

i personally think the guy that made this did the job pretty well, considering the short time frame and all....

all your doing is replacing one file for the next... then double-clicking the 2d file if you wish, so that it will run when the resources file is replaced.. oh and if anything goes wrong, then just remove the resources file you replaced with the original that you were told to save.

I like the look of the dock, but how do I make it a little more transparet. Is there a way to do that?

You could just delete the scurve files, which would make it transparent, (but still reflective which I think is better than cleardock). If you want details on what to do, let me know.

Yeah, I've already done that. I was looking for a way to completely eradicate the dock altogether (keeping the icons of course), but at this point I just might have to settle for this little mirror at the bottom
