I've had my mac for around three months now and the only reason i switch to my PC is to go on IRC. Can anybody tell me if there's a good mac version of some similar software?

I recommend X-Chat Aqua, it's free, and it really rules.

I highly recommend Conversation. Very easy to use and the developer is a great guy.

If you use other IM protocols then I recommend Fire, as it supports AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Jabber, ICQ, IRC and god knows what else :)
