boot camp issue

Im not real fond of the idea that i have windows on my mac, but its necessary for some things i need. My problem is that when i boot my computer it automatically goes into windows, i have to hold down the option button if i want to go into OSX, any help?

Set the default OS in either System Prefs in OS X or in the Control Panel in Windows.

Change the boot disk to MAc parition
