Regardless of what's been done to it, $369 for a "brand new" iphone smells bad to me.

Yea, if you want an iPhone just buy a new one, it's only $30 more. Then do whatever you want to it.

It says it is new, never opened and the photo looks it. (I can see the plastic on the box still) Unless Apple ships iPhones unlocked these days, there's something fishy going down here.
I don't know about you but I wouldn't purchase an iPhone for $399 plus $36.99 tax and sell it for $369 on eBay while incurring all those fees.
It's 100% bogus. If it's on eBay and seems too good to be true, it is.
