Apple Quotes,
Minimum Requirements to Install All Final Cut Studio Applications;

A Macintosh computer with a 1.25GHz or faster PowerPC G4, PowerPC G5, Intel Core Duo, or Intel Xeon processor
1GB of RAM
Mac OS X v10.4.9 or later
A DVD drive for installation

My guess is that it will install but some components might now work or if the do they will be sluggish. Some parts of the software require more than what your system has.

An iBook G4 won't cut it, don't even try it. You would need to get at least a PowerBook G4 1.5Ghz or higher to even think about running those apps.
