CPU Removal in sawtooth

So i lucky enough to get a 1.7ghz g4 for 100 bucks to go in my sawtooth right, it hasn;t go here hopefully friday it will arrive but i want to go ahead and get an idea on how to remove the current cpu, i noticed once i got the heat sink off there were some screws (i think) i have to remove, but how do i get the heatsink off? also is there some kind of connector that the cpu use to connect to the logic board? or does that work?

If you visit www.ifixit.com you will find some great guides, I'm fairly sure they cover the older G4s.
