Booo. If you haven't heard any of it, don't judge!

I have heard it! That's why I want it to stay underground! I am very well-rounded in my love for music. I've just never gotten the whole Hop-Hop/Rap thing.

I don't care if you do though. If that's your thing, by all means, listen 'til your ears bleed. :)

I used to be really biased about music, I would only listen to one genre. I am open to anything now days, except country, I love folk music, there is just something about the main stream country that I don't like.

The mainstream rappers give it a bad name, it makes it sound like it's all about drugs, money, ****, guns etc. Allot of the "underground" artists are totally different. The direction the music goes in great, they aren't all about the money, it's about what they believe in.

I still listen to other stuff more than rap though. I'm a metal head. Or hardcore, whatever kids are calling it these days. Also heavy metal, death metal, anything really, except mainstream crap like slipknot.

i dont have no mac's
another vote for sage francis, i met him a few times iin providence, he is pretty cool.

i will say that the grey album was rather sub par IMHO....

i agree with you ghostshadow about mainstream rappers giving the genre a bad name, underground rappers are the only artists right now who are taking up the spot of rage against the machine and introducing important political and social views into their lyrics

I really love The healthy distrust album allot. I was kind of dissapointed when I purchased Human the death dance. I think mainly because I was expecting it to be allot like The healthy distrust.

Some people might think it's silly, but the nerdcore scene is just the same way. Allot if it is really good music, and it just proves to show that you don't need millions of dollars to make good music. It's sad that some artists struggle so much with their work, especially when it's really good, yet someone else gets paid millions and has everything handed to them because the make a repetitive beat / song or two (cough soulja boy cough) , and know people. It's not what you know anymore, it's who you know. It's really sad.
