MBP 2.6Ghz, 4.0Gb, 200Gb (7200), High-Res Glossy, Adobe CS3 Std, Office and VMFusion (Solidworks)
What virtual Windows application would you recommend I use for Solidworks on? i.e Parallels?

12" Apple PowerBook G4 (1.5GHz)
I'd recommend you Boot Camp it. Parallels/VMware can't access the graphics card, so 3D performance would be limited.
